Ontlametse Archibold Moiteelasilo is the founder of XBOLD TECHNOLOGIES, a forward-thinking business offering innovative technology solutions, including fiber connections, network infrastructure, and audio-visual systems. His entrepreneurial journey began with setbacks—after his first venture in Kasane failed, he was left unemployed and uncertain about his future. In 2023, Ontlametse joined the Tokafala Program in Letlhakane where he hails from. Through the program, he received intensive support in business planning, sales management, and strategic development. Equipped with this knowledge, Ontlametse revived XBOLD TECHNOLOGIES. His efforts paid off as sales increased by 70%, enabling him to invest in essential machinery and earn a sustainable monthly income. Today, his client base includes walk-in customers, government institutions, and private sector companies. Driven by a passion to make a difference in his community, Ontlametse is focused on expanding his business and creating more employment opportunities for youth in the Boteti district. With the support of Tokafala, he developed a solid business plan that helped him secure funding through the Debswana CEEP-Stanbic Bank grant. The grant allowed him to purchase more equipment and grow his team, now employing three staff members. #Real Enterprise #Real Growth #Youth in Business 🤝A partnership between #Government of Botswana #Debswana Diamond Company #De Beers Botswana # Anglo American
