Today, we join the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) in recognizing World Food Day. At AGI, our purpose is to eliminate food loss and hunger. We do this by advancing storage, handling and processing solutions that strengthen and secure the global food supply chain. A testament to this commitment is our recent collaboration with Feedco Investment Company on the addition of a large-scale grain storage and handling facility in Damman, Saudi Arabia, with a total storage capacity of 77,500 tons. AGI is proud to have been a part of this project and to contribute to reducing post-harvest losses in the region. Read about the project: https://lnkd.in/giBxG6Jp #WorldFoodDay

President & CEO Paul Householder, along with members of our APAC team, recently had the pleasure of connecting with farmers and dealers in the Canterbury region of New Zealand. This invaluable time on the ground provided us with deeper insights into the distinct needs of our customers in the region. 🇳🇿 New Zealand farmers are renowned for their diverse agricultural expertise, handling a wide range of crops such as grass seed, canola, oats, corn, wheat, and barley. This diversity in crops means our storage and handling solutions must be versatile and robust to protect the quality and integrity of each type of grain. By engaging directly with our customers, we ensure that our solutions not only meet but exceed their rigorous demands, addressing the real-world needs of the global food supply chain. Today, we recognize the International Day of Awareness of Food Loss and Waste Reduction. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) estimates that 13% of food is lost after harvest, before retail. At AGI, our purpose is to eliminate food loss and hunger. We provide post-harvest equipment and technologies that protect grain and contribute to reducing food loss. Here are a few ways that AGI is addressing food loss and hunger globally: 🌏 Supplying global food infrastructure in regions with chronic food infrastructure deficits. 💡 Developing innovative solutions to improve quality and yields. 🍲 Enriching the communities where we operate by supporting food collection drives. #AGI #FoodInfrastructure #FoodSecurity

As strong advocates of farm-to-processor safety, we are thrilled to support and sponsor Central Valley Ag Cooperative's grain entrapment demo trailer! This vital safety demonstration unit was proudly on display during the recent Husker Harvest Days. The timing of this event preceded National Farm Safety and Health Week, serving as the perfect lead-up for this important week. We encourage all farmers to prioritize safety during every aspect of harvest – from combining to handling, storing, and conditioning grain on the farm to transporting commodities to market. Thanks to the Central Valley Ag Group; Joel Wochner in front of the demo trailer; and CVA trainers (l-r) Cameron Clifford, Brad Bousquet and Antonio Sanchez. #AGI #NFSHW24 #FarmSafety

Leadership is not just about strategies and decisions made from the boardroom; it's about connecting with the heart of the company. Our President & CEO, Paul Householder, along with other members of AGI’s Leadership Team, had the opportunity to connect with employees in India and Thailand, engaging directly with the teams that drive our success. Such visits are invaluable—they foster a sense of belonging, provide insights into daily challenges, and reinforce our collective mission. It's in these moments that we become one company with a shared purpose. #OneAGI #Leadership #Teamwork
