Today, on World Mental Health Day, we reflect on an essential aspect of our professional lives: mental wellbeing in the workplace. We know that when we care for ourselves, we unlock the best versions of who we are -- for our families, our colleagues, and our clients. It’s not about simply working less but creating a space where our mental health is a priority. This balance allows us to thrive, reduce stress, and avoid burnout. It’s an act of strength to step back, reflect, and say, “I need a moment.” And that’s okay. We're encouraging everyone, including our teammates, to join the important conversations hosted by the World Health Organization.
