This year is CRPA's 45th anniversary. We thought it was fitting to look back at the man who started it all back in 1979. In 2008, CRPA established an honorary lifetime membership and conferred the first such membership on Dr. Richard Osborne, CRPA’s founder and first president. Yesterday, Daniel Cardenas made his presentation at the International Radiation Protection Conference (IRPA16) as our CRPA nominee for the Young Professional Award. Daniel is a Health and Safety Officer at the University of Toronto, and presented on Decommissioning of Gammacell Irradiators at a Large Academic Institution. Good luck, Daniel!
