Last week, RideCo On-Demand Transit hosted a webinar with the City of Leduc, showcasing their innovative on-demand transit services and the positive impact they've had on the community. We covered impressive service results, such as a 99% average on-time drop-off performance and a 4.86 average ride rating for the microtransit service, along with a 4.86 average ride rating for Leduc Assisted Transportation Services (LATS). The convenience of the Passenger App and the ability to book their trips in advance have contributed to the high ride ratings and residents love the service so much that some even bake cookies for their favorite drivers!
