  • September 30th marks the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We understand the significance of this day and the broader journey towards reconciliation. Throughout the month, employees coast-to-coast participated in flag raisings and learned about the importance of reconciliation through education sessions. At Coke Canada, we are leveraging DEI as our superpower, building our business responsibly and making our employees and stakeholder proud. -- Le 30 septembre marque la Journée nationale de la vérité et réconciliation.   • This week, we hosted our very first Win In The Market Day. What is it ❓ 💡 A day where our employees, who aren’t regularly in the field, have the opportunity to work alongside our hardworking frontline teams, learn about their roles, and spend time servicing our customers. The Goal❓ ⭐Create opportunities for ideas and actions to exceed our valued customers’ expectations. Over 300 employees came together coast-to-coast, stocking displays and coolers with our beverages. What a great day of idea sharing, networking, and learning, all while gaining a greater understanding of how our frontline teams work to advance our role as valued partners for our customers as we aim to Be the Leading Beverage Partner in Canada. Bravo! to all who participated including our Brand Partners at The Coca-Cola Company, Monster Energy, and Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. --- Cette semaine, nous avons organisé notre tout premier Jour Gagner Sur Le Marché.   Qu’est-ce que c’est❓ 💡 Une journée où nos employés, qui ne sont pas régulièrement sur le terrain, ont l’occasion de passer du temps à servir nos clients avec nos équipes de première ligne travaillantes.   L’objectif❓ ⭐ Créer des occasions pour partager des idées et agir afin de dépasser les attentes de nos clients précieux.   Plus de 300 employés se sont réunis d’un océan à l’autre pour remplir les présentoirs et les frigos avec nos boissons préférées.     As the Paris Paralympics kicked off this week one of our own Coke Canada Team members played a big part in the opening ceremonies. Atlantic Canada District Sales Manager (DSM), Kevin MacLean, was able to attend the Paralympics as a representative of Coke Canada. As it turns out, it was much more than just attending as Kevin was the placard bearer for Team Canada as the athletes entered the opening ceremonies. This opportunity is a "lifetime memory" for Kevin. Thank-you to our system for providing this lifetime experience to one of our passionate team members and team leader. As you can see from the picture attached Kevin (in the white shirt) is smiling ear to ear as he leads the athletes into the games.
