The Climate Reality Project Canada is looking for an energetic and driven Executive Director to manage their operations, drive fundraising efforts, and fulfill their mission in partnership with their Board of Directors. 🔍 About Climate Reality: Our mission is to empower individuals and communities across Canada with the tools and knowledge to bring about new behaviors and policies that support a sustainable future. We envision a world where the values and practices necessary to keep Earth’s climate hospitable to all species are deeply rooted in collective and individual actions. 💼 Key Responsibilities: • Strategic Planning & Partnerships: Develop and implement strategic plans, work with diverse partners, and support over 1,600 Climate Reality Leaders and Community Climate Hubs across Canada. • Fundraising & Financial Sustainability: Prepare and implement fundraising plans, develop relationships with grant makers, donors, and sponsors. • Governance: Collaborate with the Board of Directors and Indigenous Advisory Circle, prepare quarterly reports, and support policy development. • Global Engagement: Align with The Climate Reality Project’s global strategy, collaborate on international initiatives, and maintain positive relationships with global headquarters. • Communications & Relationship Management: Act as a key spokesperson, oversee communications strategies, and build trust with stakeholders. • Government Relations & Advocacy: Advocate for our organization’s positions on climate solutions with government officials at all levels. • Volunteer Mobilization: Develop and implement strategies to recruit, engage, and support volunteers to amplify our impact across Canada. ✨  Qualifications: We are seeking a leader who is: • Passionate about climate action • Experienced in strategic planning, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement • Skilled in volunteer mobilization and management • Strongly committed to our mission and visionIf you are ready to lead and inspire change, we want to hear from you! 👇  Apply Now! #ClimateChange #ExecutiveDirector #LeadershipOpportunity #Sustainability #JoinUs
