CSIO's National Standards Working Group held their monthly meeting today to review submitted Maintenance Requests (MRs) for approval. Through the MR process, insurers and BMS vendors can request changes to CSIO's XML and EDI Data Standards to reflect evolving business requirements. Insurers can also send MRs to request the addition of new coverage codes to CSIO's Standards, helping to eliminate Z-Codes (non-standard coverage codes).
