I went to Montreal Comiccon for the first time last Saturday with Alain Carpentier, and had a blast at Loto-Québec’s indie game zone! 🎮 I got to see industry friends ( 💌 Alison, Eleanor, Elisabeth, and Frederic) and met some amazing new people (hello Simon, Arka, paul G. and Lélio) 👋 Here are a few games that caught my eye: 🧟♂️ The very scary PsychoFear by equinox games (thanks again for the great talk!) 🦌 Super excited about Venture to the Vile by Cut to Bits 🌹 Shards Between Us by Queensguard which looks absolutely STUNNING ✨ 🏡 The super poetic Spiral by Folklore Games which made me emotional 😢 🌳 Aloft by Astrolabe Interactive that was lots of fun (very excited for the multiplayer mode!) ⚜ Avant-Garde by Vitam Aeternam Studio for a good historical strategy game ⚔ Last but not least, The Hexadome by Blindspot Games whose game is as amazing as the team! Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to see all the games, but next time I will definitely pass by Goose Byte, Paralives Studio and Studio RuniQ's booths! 👏 👏 👏 to all the talented developers and the exceptional quality of video game production in Quebec, and forever grateful to contribute to its development with GameRebellion ✨ (Also definitely used the opportunity to buy the craziest D&D dice sets in the vendor section) #IndieGames #QuebecGames #GameDev #Networking #GamingCommunity #GameMarketing
