🏳️🌈 LGBT Pride Month isn't just another month for us at Earls; it's a commitment to action and support for our LGBTQ+ communities. Our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group, BeYou, fosters connection and support for LGBTQ+ individuals within our company, providing a safe space for community members to share feedback, celebrate each other, and advocate for equality and equity both within and outside of work. BeYou also works to leverage resources to create meaningful community impact that resonate with the core values of inclusivity and support. 🌈 This year, Earls is proud to partner with Rainbow Railroad, an organization dedicated to helping LGBTQ+ individuals escape persecution and violence worldwide. In honour of Pride Month, we've developed a special edition cocktail, "The Birdcage'', available during your city's Pride Week at Earls locations. For every "The Birdcage" cocktail sold, $2 will be donated to support the important endeavours of Rainbow Railroad. BeYou is also proud to collaborate with local organizations such as the Vancouver Men's Chorus and the Health Initiative for Men, supporting their missions of inclusivity and well-being through donations and volunteer efforts.
