Our focus is innovative, technical problem solving across a wide range of fields and applications. We have doubled our team size during the pandemic, stepping in to fill the labour gap for our clients, agile, turn-on/turn-off problem-solving. Delivered through four Programs: - Aerospace & Defense - Industrial & Marine - Industry 4.0 - Product Development Our unique approach to small team innovation, coupled with our agile matrix management approach ensures rapid results, delivered from ideation to build to scale-up and production. We have extensive experience in concept generation and validation, design, analysis and testing (including linear and non-linear finite element analysis), rapid prototyping, and manufacturing support. Previous projects range from electronics packaging and assembly, medical devices, jigs and fixtures for manufacturing lines, fully automated custom equipment, large scale sub-sea mooring components for offshore platforms, structural steel design to machine vision systems, future food and future materials, pilot production set-up and everything in between. Today Lunenburg Shipyard had the privilege of hauling Bluenose II, Canada's sailing ambassador and the pride of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia. Our team is honoured to care for this iconic vessel as she undergoes her 10-year survey before we safely and gently return her to the familiar waters of Lunenburg Harbour.
