📜 150 feet of hand-drawn tracing paper. 14 women redefining architectural practice. One immersive research journey. Paulette Cameron’s (BEDS’19/MArch’21) Prix de Rome in Architecture research took her across seven countries, where she interviewed and shadowed women challenging patriarchal norms in design. The result? Dancing Between the Lines— Her first solo exhibition that invited visitors into a world of storytelling, reflection, and spatial transformation. From a cocooning “womb” of rest and reflection to a looping chorus of voices that shaped her research, the exhibition created space for dialogue, vulnerability, and change. 💬 “I wanted to communicate, in a spatial way, how rethinking the origin of architecture with the woman’s body at its core shifts architectural practice toward nurture, care, and listening.” – Paulette Cameron Read more about her journey and the exhibition’s impact: https://lnkd.in/ee6-yakP #DalhousieU #DalAlum #DesignResearch #WomenInArchitecture #PrixdeRome
