Originally from Galway, Ireland, Emma has been living in Vancouver for the past 2.5 years, bringing a wealth of diverse experience to our team.   Emma’s most recent role was Office Manager and Director of Sales and Operations at Intelligent Office, where she spearheaded sales and marketing strategies, driving membership growth and revenue for a range of virtual office services. Her proven ability to streamline operations and enhance client experiences will help support Fuse’s continued growth.   Her background also includes technical experience as a Quality Technician at Boston Scientific in Galway and as a Senior Prototype Assembler at Mountain Technologies in North Vancouver. Emma also has experience in employee training from her time as a Training Coordinator at Creganna Medical in Galway, further highlighting her versatile skill set. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Pharmaceutical Science from the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology.   As Office Manager, Emma will play a critical role in supporting our growing team by ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, enhancing organizational processes, and fostering collaboration across the company. Taylor is a highly accomplished Professional Engineer with over 11 years of mining industry experience. Her expertise spans mine operations, design and scheduling, water management, and project management. Taylor’s dedication to leadership and innovation was recognized with Teck’s prestigious “Unsung Hero” Excellence Award in 2022. Throughout her career at Teck Coal, Taylor held impactful roles such as Long-Range Planner, Operations Blast Supervisor, and Coal Quality Production Geologist. She has a proven track record of creating strategic mine plans, enhancing safety and efficiency in blasting operations, and driving sustainable mining practices. Taylor also brings a wealth of water management experience. At Fording River, she led a high-performing team, championed advanced water management systems, and successfully developed a $50M site water management plan, balancing environmental compliance with operational goals. With her results-driven mindset, technical expertise, and leadership skills, Taylor is already making a remarkable impact at Fuse Advisors. 🌍 Site Vist Spotlight: Challenger Gold, Hualilán Project, San Juan Province, Argentina ⛏️ Fuse Advisors team members Graham Bonn, P.Eng. and Grant Carlson, along with Geotechnical Consultant Paul Hughes, PEng, recently conducted a site visit at Challenger Gold's Hualilán site in San Juan, Argentina. A valuable opportunity to gain a deeper appreciation for mining in the unique terrain and to discuss the key project development objectives and catalysts planned for 2025.   Fuse Advisors is proud to support the Challenger Gold team with overall study management, mine engineering, financial modeling, qualified person services, and technical report authoring for this exciting project. The Hualilán Project stands out with its recent Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") approval—a major project development milestone. Kelsi brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned Technical Reporting Specialist, with a strong background in project management and expertise in client and sub-consultant coordination, project scheduling, and overseeing project deliverables. Her skill set includes documentation and data management, gained through coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across Canada for large Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and technical report submissions. Kelsi’s proficiency in technical editing, formatting, and reviewing mining-related EIS reports highlights her commitment to precision and quality in project delivery. Kelsi’s first assignment includes supporting a Tier 1 Development Company with the completion of its Federal Environmental Assessment submission, along with contributing to technical writing, report production, project scheduling, and permitting/environmental mandates.
