Scaling Capital 1 Corp. has entered into a definitive agreement with Matador Gold Technologies to complete a qualifying transaction, which will see the acquisition of Matador’s shares and the creation of a new entity named "Matador Technologies Inc." A concurrent financing of $3.5M to $4.5M CAD is planned, with proceeds to support Matador's growth, including product development and gold/bitcoin purchases. Matador is developing a mobile platform to modernize the gold buying and selling experience.
