A new Ipsos poll conducted on behalf of RBC Insurance exposes substantial coverage, knowledge and engagement gaps in Canadian employer benefits and wellbeing programs. For starters, 26% of working Canadians do not or are unsure if they have access to employer-provided benefits. Declining perceptions of job satisfaction (55%; -5 pts vs. 2023), mental health (57%; -5 pts vs. 2023), and financial health (44%; -5 pts vs. 2023) highlight the importance of closing these gaps.
