Thank you to everyone who joined us on Monday, March 24 at the Parkdale-Cromdale Community League Hall. Many interested neighbours dropped by to learn more about our upcoming affordable housing development at 8116–115 Avenue NW. This site—formerly used by the City of Edmonton as a bus turnaround—will soon become home to two residential buildings led by Jasper Place Wellness Centre. Each building will be approximately three storeys tall and include 12 self-contained studio units, for a total of 24 homes. Every unit will have a private kitchen and bathroom. The development will provide affordable housing for individuals with small incomes. A follow-up with key questions from the session will be posted on our website soon
