  • Beginning in 1997, Junior Achievement New Brunswick has had the honour of welcoming 89 laureates into the Business Hall of Fame. These incredible individuals represent the backbone of New Brunswick's business leadership and serve as role models for the budding entrepreneurs of the future. This year, we are welcoming Rosalyn & Blair Hyslop, Keith McIntosh, and Bob Owens into the JANB Business Hall of Fame and they are all certainly deserving of the title. On October 30th, 2024 we will be celebrating these inductees at our BHOF gala, an incredible night to recognize their achievements and have them take their place alongside the other incredible leaders that came before them. Congratulations to all and we look forward to celebrating you!

  • Thank you so much to Woodstock High School for hosting Junior Achievement New Brunswick and NBCC (New Brunswick Community College) today! Woodstock was the last stop on our Mobile Training Unit tour and we had another fantastic group of high school students who learned a great deal through hands on activities in the skilled trades sector. Junior Achievement has partnered with NBCC to bring their Mobile Training Unit to schools across the Victoria/Carleton areas. Students from grades 9-12 were invited to learn about various skilled trades such as Automotive Service Technician, Auto Body and Service Technician, Carpentry, Electrical, Welding to name a few. Junior Achievement New Brunswick is dedicated to providing young people with the skillsets and mindset to build thriving communities. We would like to say a huge thank you to NBCC for this opportunity to bring the Mobile Training Unit to high schools in the Victoria/Carleton region. Watching the students develop a passion for the trades while receiving hands on learning is a truly special experience. Thank you again to Woodstock High School for hosting us!
