Here's a glimpse of a foggy October rotor lift that our team completed this week in the USA. This rotor, which measures 127 metres in diameter and weighs 75 tonnes (165,000 lbs), is lifted with ease by our team using a RotorHook™ up-tower crane with assistance of a Liebherr tailing crane. This process might look effortless, but we can assure you that it is not. This specialized operation is a testament to the operational and engineering excellence that has been developed by our teams over the past 8 years.

After having already worked with a Liftra crane for five years, this rockstar LiftWerx team has recently upgraded to a Version 2.0 GenHook™ up-tower crane. This powerful new crane offers the following benefits over its Liftra predecessor: - Payload capacity is increased by 25% - No winching container required on the ground beside the tower - No requirements for ground matting, as the entire crane is mounted in the nacelle - Simpler operations - The tower has the ability to yaw while the crane is installed This video was captured this week at a wind farm in the western USA. Thanks to a great site team! We are proud of you.

Designed for safety and technician comfort, our RotorHook™ crane systems are the most efficient way to exchange main bearings, blades, full drivetrains, and pitch bearings on large wind turbines. These up-tower cranes also provide the following benefits: - No civil work required - Low mobilization costs - No road permits required - Low ground footprint - Minimal crop damages - Crane stability risks are engineered out of the process This video was captured this week at a wind farm in the western USA. This is a photo of LiftWerx's oldest equipment asset: self-hoisting crane 60605. Operating since 2016, this crane continues to perform exchanges every day at wind farms across North America, usually on wind turbines in the 1.5MW to 1.85MW range. This photo was taken this week at a wind farm in US midwest. LiftWerx is beginning to divest its Liftra equipment, in order to streamline all of the company's cranes into a standardized fleet. LiftWerx's up-tower crane developments, including the TeleHook™, Heli-Hook™, GenHook™, and RotorHook™ crane models, have been designed to be more powerful, less expensive, and far simpler to operate.

Check out this beautiful rotor lift, performed this week by one of our large corrective teams. Our RotorHook™ cranes are the most powerful up-tower cranes in the market. Electrically-powered using batteries, they can do the same O&M work as a Liebherr LG1800; however the entire crane system is more than ten times smaller!

Our projects are always situated in windy places. Accordingly, it's sometimes necessary to work night shifts in order to find brief windows of calm weather. This rotor was safely lowered this week by one of our RotorHook™ teams, at a GE2.8 wind farm in the American West. Thanks for a great job, guys!
