O sistema usa ferramentas de IA e fornece dados relativos ao desgaste das ferramentas de penetração no solo, indica ausência de elementos de desgaste como entredentes e pontas, detecta presença de blocos com dimensões fora dos limites aceitáveis para o processo de beneficiamento mineral e fornece análise granulométrica do material lavrado pelas unidades de carregamento. Os dados gerados pelo sistema retroalimentam vários processos que estabelecem contra medidas para manter cada etapa dentro dos limites de especificação.
