🎉It’s time for more festive survey insights:🎉 Find more holiday results from our online survey of 550 Canadians below. 🎁 Part 2 festive insights 🎁: · Home Alone is the #1 holiday movie in Canada, Die Hard is in the top five. · Most Canadians consider Nightmare Before Christmas to be a holiday movie whereas few consider Mean Girls to be one. · A large majority of Canadians are giving gifts to friends and/or family this year. · Significant others are considered the hardest people to buy the perfect gift for – especially among males. · Gen Z feels more positive about the holiday and well suited for Santa’s nice list compared to other generations. · As we get older, our interest in making New Year’s resolutions seems to wane. 🎉It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 🎉 To celebrate, we surveyed 550 Canadians to see what they had to say about the holiday season. Below you'll find some of our initial findings. 🎁 FESTIVE INSIGHTS🎁: PART 1 🙂 Most Canadians feel positive about the upcoming holidays 😇 Most Canadians think they belong on the nice list (with fewer than 2% seeing themselves as totally naughty – whew!) 🦃 Most Canadian consider ‘holiday meals’ to be their favourite holiday tradition (followed by ‘giving gifts’) 🎄 Most Canadians are putting up an artificial Christmas tree this year 📅 About half of Canadians think Dec 1 is the earliest to start decorating and about half think it’s ok to start even earlier (some as early as right after Halloween 🎃!) Note: This is Part 1, come back next week for more fun holiday data as we get even closer to the holidays!
