🎉 Exciting News! Introducing our Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) Flavored Oatmeal in Berries & Cream and Dark Chocolate & Cocoa flavors! Recognizing that farmers are at the center of change in our food system, we source the organic oats in our ROC Flavored Oatmeal through a farm enrolled in our first-of-its-kind Regenerative Organic Oats Program in partnership with Canadian Organic Growers and other brands, which provides important technical outreach and targeted financial assistance to participants. Now in its third year, this program supports 24 Regenerative Organic Oat farmers who collectively farm around 10,000 oat acres using climate-friendly regenerative organic practices across the grain-growing prairies. Our new ROC products combine high-quality, regenerative organic oats (and cocoa!) with delicious flavors, giving you the opportunity to support a brighter food future for people & planet with every bite. 🌾🌍 Find them at select USA retailers such as Whole Foods Market and Sprouts Farmers Market, and at naturespath.com 🛒. To learn more about why we're so passionate about the Regenerative Organic movement, visit our website: https://bit.ly/4gE01W6 Read more about the launch here: https://lnkd.in/gUPrpmky #RegenerativeOrganic #Oatmeal

Results are in! We won a Canadian Grocer 2024 Sustainability Award for our mission-driven impact in Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) food production! Since 2017, Nature's Path has pioneered in the regenerative organic space, first as a contributor to the development of the ROC Standard in collaboration with the Regenerative Organic Alliance and later in 2022, as a founder, together with other brands and Canadian Organic Growers (COG), of a first-of-its kind Regenerative Organic Oats Program, which provides important technical outreach and targeted financial assistance to organic oat growers across Canada through a $300,000 investment. In September, we proudly launched our Regenerative Organic Certified (ROC) Flavored Oatmeal line featuring regenerative organic oats from our program in two standout flavors: Berries & Cream and Dark Chocolate & Cocoa. As Jyoti Stephens, our VP of Mission and Strategy, emphasizes "Grocers are crucial to amplifying the benefits and importance of regenerative organic farming." Last week, we hosted an intimate event in New York City during Climate Week to celebrate the launch of our new Regenerative Organic Certified Flavored Oatmeal 🌾🌍. We invited community members and organic enthusiasts to join us for an insightful panel discussion on the benefits of Regenerative Organic farming and its contributions to a healthier planet. Our wonderful moderator, the talented chef and culinary creator Sophia Roe, led the panelists in sharing their insights on Regenerative Organic Certification (ROC), soil health, consumer benefits, and the future impact of these initiatives. It was truly special to create a space for these important conversations about the future of a healthy planet — A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the event a great success! National Day for Truth and Reconciliation acknowledges the historical injustice of residential schools and their ongoing impact on Indigenous peoples across Canada. This statutory holiday aligns with Orange Shirt Day, which officially began in 2013 and was chosen to coincide with the time of year which children were taken from their homes and forced into residential schools. Our Canada-based team members will be observing National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, and we will be matching all team member donations made to Orange Shirt Society, Full Circle: First Nations Performance, RAVEN, and Indian Residential School Survivors Society. We are also engaging in a meaningful partnership for Indigenous Inclusion with Indigenous Works as an Employer Partner to provide our team members with learning opportunities.
