Primaris REIT Announces Acquisition of Market Leading Regional Shopping Centre, Les Galeries de la Capitale   “This acquisition builds on Primaris’ profile as an attractive buyer of large, high-quality assets. These fires have tragically destroyed homes and landmarks, displacing thousands of residents and wildlife. As part of this initiative, **Sherwood Park Mall**, **St. Albert Centre**, and **Sunridge Mall** are coming together to raise funds and provide crucial support to those affected. Yesterday our interns and a few company representatives joined many CRE Professionals at the BOMA Toronto #NXTCONNECT Internship event. It was an afternoon full of engaging conversations and building connections across the industry. Thanks to BOMA Toronto for hosting!

On July 4th a team of 19 people from the Toronto Head Office, partnered with Million Dollar Smiles and ventured out to Mississauga to build a playground for a young boy Nathan, who is diagnosed with profound Autism/ADHD/Pandas, and his family. The build team worked hard for 5 hours in the relentless heat to make the playground build a success and it was all worth it to see a big smile on Nathan's face when he laid eyes on it! A big thank you to Million Dollar Smiles for coordinating the event, Nathan’s family for hosting and the amazing build team for all your dedication and hard work!
