Lawyers in RBC’s Chief Legal and Administrative Officer Group recently completed another successful volunteer day with Pro Bono Ontario for “RBC Day.” This year, they advised nearly 60 low-income Ontario residents with legal advice on issues ranging from employment, consumer protection, civil litigation, housing, and will & estates. We have been proudly volunteering with Pro Bono Ontario since 2017 and continue to help our communities prosper. Thank you to the organizers and participants for another rewarding year of this great initiative!

It's been a busy week for Pro Bono Ontario - on Tuesday and Wednesday, lawyers from CIBC Legal and Torys LLP once again generously dedicated their time, resources, and expertise to volunteering on the Pro Bono Ontario Free Legal Advice Hotline. We enjoyed two incredible in-person sponsor days, where lawyers from CIBC Legal and Torys LLP came together to support access to justice in Ontario.   A huge thank you to Linda Plumpton and Hayley Peglar for their help in organizing these sponsor days.
