QMUNITY is seeking new Volunteers for our information Desk! 🏳️⚧️🌈💖 This is an exciting opportunity to support the community, work in a collaborative environment and get some new experience along the way. As we wrap up Non-Binary Awareness Week we wanted to share some helpful information on how to support non-binary folks in our community. At QMUNITY we do our best to introduce ourselves with our name and pronouns. This is a fantastic way for cis people to normalize respecting pronouns and can help non-binary and trans people feel safe to share the ways they want to be referred to. Advocating for non-binary and trans folks is more important than ever as we face rising levels of gender discrimination and push back against these identities. Creating safe and respectful spaces for non-binary people is an important way for cis folks to be allies and support our community.
