  • Creating 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 goes beyond physical changes—it's about building understanding and empathy. Sensory overload can be overwhelming and isolating for many individuals. Imagine entering a room with 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀, 𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲𝘀, and 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘀. For someone with sensory sensitivities, that experience can be unbearable. Simple adjustments like dimming lights, reducing noise, and providing quiet spaces can make a world of difference.
