Staff Spotlight: Anthony At Sign FX, we’re more than just a team—we’re a family. And today, we’re thrilled to introduce you to one of our newest members, Anthony Grguric, who has been with us for 8 months and is already making a big impact. Anthony stepped into the world of signage straight out of Humber College, where he earned a degree in Industrial Design. He’s the kind of person who sees the bigger picture, understanding not just how to design something but why it needs to be designed in the first place. That’s what makes him stand out.   Anthony’s role at Sign FX is all about bridging the gap between technical precision and creative vision. Whether he’s interpreting a job, managing customer relationships, or creating detailed technical drawings, he brings a unique blend of engineering and artistry to the table. His CAD skills are top-notch, and his ability to read and execute complex technical drawings ensures that every project he touches is a success.   But what really sets Anthony apart is his approach to the work. He’s a visual person who still loves the feel of paper and the satisfaction of a well-organized file system. It’s old-school, but it works—and it keeps him on track, making sure nothing gets overlooked. This attention to detail doesn’t just help us internally; it also translates into better, more personalized service for our clients. Anthony believes in the power of direct communication, often taking the time to talk one-on-one with clients to suggest ways they can get the most out of their signage.   Outside of work, Anthony is a passionate beach volleyball player and a dedicated family man. He’s also learning Croatian—so if you ever hear a “pozdrav!” around the office, you know who it’s from! He’s proud of his journey so far, especially landing a job in his field right out of school, and he’s eager to learn as much as he can about materials and manufacturing. His long-term dream? To venture into furniture design. With our team’s support, we have no doubt he’ll get there.   Anthony also has his finger on the pulse of industry trends. He’s noticed a growing preference for minimalist signage and is excited that Sign FX is perfectly positioned to lead the charge with sleek, modern designs.   Anthony embodies everything that makes Sign FX special: creativity, passion, and a commitment to doing the job right. We love Anthony, and we’re lucky to have him on our team.
