An amazing project and collaboration between ThinkL Studio and O’M Engineering
A first (and fabulous) look at a current project located at the foot of Red Mountain in Rossland, BC. Once completed, the development will boast a six-storey complex consisting of 99 residential units and 3,500 ft2 of commercial retail space as well as two levels of parking. In partnership with Gaile Guevara, hcma, and Insightful, we embraced the @livingbuildingchallenge. Delving into the requirements, we set out to push the boundaries of lighting design by engaging manufacturers to join us on this adventure. Earlier this year, the whole team had the opportunity to visit and tour the almost-completed project. It's a breathtaking home marrying stunning architecture with refined interior design, precise lighting, and finishes. The LBC Residence stands as a testament to the power of innovation and collaboration in creating sustainable, functional, and truly beautiful living spaces.
