AI adoption in law is surging—according to ABA Journal's 2024 Legal Technology Survey Report, 13% now see it as mainstream (up from 4% in 2023), with 45% expecting mainstream adoption within 3 years. While 30% of lawyers use AI tools (46% in large firms vs. 18% solo attorneys), accuracy concerns remain the top barrier.
