We were glad to be able to connect with customers and suppliers at Gulfood - The World's Biggest Annual F&B Event last month to discuss the latest global food trends.
Viterra recently attended the 30th edition of Gulfood - The World's Biggest Annual F&B Event in Dubai. The event gathered over 5,500 exhibitors worldwide from the food and beverage (F&B) industry. Colleagues from Viterra Canada and our Rotterdam office had the opportunity to connect with customers and suppliers, sharing insights into the latest global food trends. The Food500 Conference was also a part of the Gulfood event and addressed topics such as global food security, the coexistence of sustainability and profitability, and smart agricultural systems in the F&B sector. Among the event's highlights were the Gulfood Innovation Awards, which recognise groundbreaking products, and Top Table, a culinary experience featuring world-renowned Michelin star chefs. #theagriculturenetwork
