Spot on Daniel Tisch, APR, FCPRS, ICD.D this is our collective moment to double down on actions to increase diversity and resiliency for Canadian businesses. Let’s lead the way 🇨🇦! WBE Canada is an integral part of this effort. Our large community of enterprise-ready women owned suppliers are the partners any business would be fortunate to have in their supply chain.
“This isn’t the time to back away from diversity, it is a time to double down, because as Canada plots its course in a more competitive world, this commitment, your commitment is one of our greatest competitive advantages,” said Daniel Tisch, APR, FCPRS, ICD.D, President and CEO of the Ontario Chamber of Commerce during his keynote speech at the #OER2025 launch in February. While there has been a slight shift in the number of organizations prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), businesses with a formal DEI strategy in place are up 5% from a year ago.
