Empowering Women, Strengthening Communities: Discover the transformative impact of our projects on advancing women's economic security and opportunity. This year, we continued supporting the 50-30 Challenge participants and launched a training pilot in partnership with 23 organizations. The Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (GEDI) pilot featured two targeted training streams designed to enhance leadership and operational skills in GEDI principles. The outcomes have been highly positive, with a comprehensive evaluation showing significant progress towards the 50-30 Challenge, as over half of the participating organizations reported achieving their diversity targets. #WomenEmpowerment #GenderEquity #FeministEconomy #DiversityAndInclusion #MentorshipMatters #BreakingBarriers #InclusiveGrowth #EconomicInclusion #EquityForAll #ThinkWomen #StrengthBasedMentorship #RacializedNewcomerWomen #CapacityBuilding #HackathonForChange #CommunityImpact

Empowering Women, Strengthening Communities: Discover the transformative impact of our projects on advancing women's economic security and opportunity. Think Women aimed to build a peer network that promoted a feminist economy in Canada by enhancing collaboration and capacity among organizations supporting equity-deserving women. A highlight of our efforts was the "Breaking Barriers" conference, which engaged 437 attendees in workshops and panels to address systemic oppression and promote inclusive growth. Through capacity building, we strengthened the governance, financial development, and strategic planning of small to medium organizations, improving their ability to serve their communities. The Think Women project’s impact extended broadly through our online community hub, webinars, and national gatherings, reaching over 1,200 unique users and facilitating knowledge sharing among professionals. #WomenEmpowerment #GenderEquity #FeministEconomy #DiversityAndInclusion #MentorshipMatters #BreakingBarriers #InclusiveGrowth #EconomicInclusion #EquityForAll #ThinkWomen #StrengthBasedMentorship #RacializedNewcomerWomen #CapacityBuilding #HackathonForChange #CommunityImpact
