The completion of the construction work provided an opportunity to showcase the project to both insiders and industry professionals, while also introducing the Italian market to Artisa Solutions, a series of conferences and roundtables dedicated to the dynamic growth of the real estate sector. Now in its third edition, following successful events in Lausanne and Lugano, this format continues to encourage meaningful discussions and drive innovation within the industry. The event, organised with the collaboration of the Swiss Business Hub (Switzerland Global Enterprise) and Monitor Immobiliare, as media partner, took place on the thirteenth and fourteenth floors of the tower, the two brand new floors subject to superelevation as part of the building transformation project. The meeting offered the opportunity to explore the interesting topic:'Urban Transformation and Enhancement of Existing Real Estate: Rethinking and Preserving the City's Future ’ during a panel discussion that featured: Flavio Petraglio (CEO of the Artisa Group), Stefan Zwicky (Director of the Swiss Business Hub Italy), Arch. Filippo Pagliani (Founding Partner Park Associati), Raffaella Pinto (Head of Business Development of Cushman & Wakefield) and the moderation of Maurizio Cannone, (Director of Monitor Immobiliare). The event was rounded off with an aperitif on the top floor of the building converted into a lounge for the occasion with a vernissage by contemporary artist Skygolpe, a valuable moment for networking and discussion on urban transformation issues. Artisa Solutions continues with its lecture series with a new event in Zurich on November 26, details coming soon. #Artisa #ArtisaGroup #ArtisaSolutions #SolutionsForLivingTrends

In the heart of Milan, at Via Turati 32, a symbol of the city’s architectural heritage has been reimagined for the future. Originally designed in the 1950s by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, alongside Luigi Fratino, Torre della Permanente is more than just a building—it is a landmark of Milanese Modernism. At Artisa Group, we believe in the valorization of existing real estate heritage and have embraced the challenge of restoring this icon, blending its historical elegance with contemporary innovation. Our philosophy of "Solutions for Living Trends" has guided us throughout this project, focusing on transforming spaces to meet modern lifestyles while respecting their heritage. With the support and architectural expertise of Park Associati, this thoughtful renovation introduces two newly added levels, including sleek glass-fronted extensions that add a new chapter to the skyline. From the breathtaking views of CityLife and Porta Nuova to the natural light that floods the spacious offices, Torre della Permanente now symbolizes the seamless integration of the past with the future. We have carefully preserved the tower’s historic facades, restoring the clean lines and the Liberty-style iron gate, which reflect the building’s architectural roots. Inside, the grand 4.5-meter-high entrance creates a welcoming and prestigious space. With LEED Gold certification, the tower meets the highest standards of sustainability, embracing energy efficiency and environmental consciousness in every detail. Torre della Permanente stands renewed, a prestigious hub for forward-thinking businesses in one of Milan’s most vibrant districts. This project exemplifies our commitment to "Solutions for Living Trends," honoring tradition while anticipating future needs. #Artisa #ArtisaGroup #SolutionsForLivingTrends

We had a great experience at EXPO REAL (Messe München) in Munich last week. Our team was proud to participate in one of the most prestigious real estate and investment fairs in Europe, connecting with industry leaders and exploring the latest trends shaping the future of property and construction. Our CEO, Flavio Petraglio, participated in the Swiss Real Estate Innovation Panel on "A critical look at innovation in the Swiss property and construction industry," contributing to valuable discussions on the future of the sector. A big thank you to the organizers, participants, and everyone we connected with. A special thank you to Swiss Circle AG and Wirtschaftsförderung Frankfurt GmbH for hosting us at their booths. We’re excited to continue building on the insights and collaborations from this event! #Artisa #ArtisaGroup #SolutionsForLivingTrends
