As of Q2 2024, S͟A͟F͟E͟s͟ ͟a͟c͟c͟o͟u͟n͟t͟ ͟f͟o͟r͟ ͟9͟͟0͟͟%͟ ͟o͟f͟ ͟r͟o͟u͟n͟d͟s͟ ͟u͟n͟d͟e͟r͟ ͟$͟1͟ ͟m͟i͟l͟l͟i͟o͟n͟ (fresh data from Peter Walker from Carta), highlighting their appeal due to simplicity and reduced emphasis on immediate valuations. I give an overview about the 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝘄𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗿𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 (based on the Angel Handbook of SICTIC - must read) and then deep dive into the 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝘀 and highlight the need for Adaptation in Switzerland and give a spotlight to the 𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘 (inspired by Pontinova Law and good article from LEXR).
