👷♀️👷 Le bâtiment du Smart Living Lab entre dans sa phase de concrétisation. En effet, les travaux de terrassement ont commencé. Ce laboratoire vivant jouera un rôle pionnier dans l’utilisation efficace des ressources et dans les expérimentations qui y seront menés en conditions réelles, aussi bien dans sa construction que dans son exploitation.
🌍 En 2027, cet édifice de près de 5'000 mètres carrés abritera 10 chaires académiques, dont les activités de recherche et de développement porteront sur le futur de l'environnement bâti. Il verra aussi la création d'un Centre mondial pour la construction durable, dont les activités seront déployées à Fribourg et à Lausanne.

👷♀️👷Die Bauarbeiten für das Smart Living Lab sind im Gang, die Aushubarbeiten haben begonnen. Das lebendige Labor wird im Hinblick auf eine effiziente Ressourcennutzung und Experimente unter realen Bedingungen eine Vorreiterrolle spielen – sowohl beim Bau als auch bei der Nutzung.
🌍 Im Jahr 2027 wird dieses rund 5’000 Quadratmeter grosse Gebäude zehn akademische Lehrstühle beherbergen, deren Forschungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten sich auf die Zukunft der gebauten Umwelt konzentrieren. Darüber hinaus wird ein «Centre for Worldwide Sustainable Construction» (CWSC) geschaffen werden, dessen Tätigkeiten sich auf Freiburg und Lausanne erstrecken werden.

👷♀️👷Excavation work on the Smart Living Lab has started as the building enters its realization phase. This living laboratory will play a pioneering role in the efficient use of resources, conducting experiments under real-world conditions during both construction and operation.
🌍 In 2027, this nearly 5,000-square-meter building will accommodate 10 academic disciplines whose research and development activities focus on the future of the built environment. It will also see the creation of a Centre for Worldwide Sustainable Construction CWSC, whose activities will be deployed in Fribourg and Lausanne.
