But that’s about to change! A working group has been set up (yes, we’re involved! 😉), and we’re building a digital training record book that actually reflects what you do on board. ✅ Real tasks & assignments ✅ Relevant to yacht operations ✅ A proper record of training for senior crew No more meaningless signatures—this will give captains and senior crew genuine insight into your experience, including areas like tender ops and onboard training. 📅 Built by IAMI, the new platform launches this summer.
