🌞 BTRY enjoys a successful summer season ☀ 💰 The #cleantech #startup, based at Büro Züri by Zürcher Kantonalbank on the Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich campus, has secured CHF 150,000 from Venture Kick. This award will help BTRY continue pushing the boundaries of #EnergyStorage with its cutting-edge solid-state batteries. 🌍The funding is crucial as BTRY prepares for its 2025 seed financing round, focusing on scaling production, enhancing products, and accelerating market entry. BTRY has also won the Gebert Rüf Stiftung’s #InnoBoosterGRS program, enabling further development of its minimum viable product using Empa’s research infrastructure. Furthermore, CEO Moritz H. Futscher has been selected, along with nine other startups, to join the Venture Leaders Cleantech 2024 by Venturelab for a roadshow trip to Munich this November, where they will connect with investors. 🔋The ETH Zürich and Empa spin-off has developed a groundbreaking thin-film solid-state battery, setting a new industry standard.
