🚀 Événement Transition chez Chaberton Professionals Jeudi dernier, Guillaume Levacher, Roland Bergeretti et moi-même avons eu l’immense plaisir de réunir une vingtaine de dirigeant(e)s expérimenté(e)s de notre réseau [DG,DAF,DRH] autour d’un sujet clé : le retournement des ETI en crise. 🔎 À cette occasion, j’ai convié Charlotte Chauvel à nous présenter le fruit de sa thèse sur ce sujet stratégique, un travail d’excellence qui lui a valu le prix de la Fondation HEC. Au fil des échanges, nous avons confronté ses recherches aux expériences terrain des participant(e)s et exploré ensemble : - Les causes profondes et lacunes communes des crises des ETI - Les stratégies de retournement et leurs facteurs clés de succès - Le rôle du leadership et de l’équipe managériale dans la dynamique du changement Cette matinée, riche en partage et en expertise, lance une série de rendez-vous Transition trimestriels pour aborder les enjeux de la transformation. Siamo lieti di annunciare la promozione di Ludovica Vianini a Senior Consultant della divisione Retail di Chaberton Professionals. Entrata come Consultant, ha lavorato inizialmente nella funzione Office&HR, per poi iniziare ad occuparsi di Retail & Fashion, ambito in cui si è distinta per il suo approccio professionale e proattivo. Fabiana Scerrati si unisce al Team di Chaberton Professionals come Business Manager per la practice Engineering/Aerospace & Defense.   Prima di approdare in Chaberton Professionals, il percorso professionale di Fabiana si sviluppa nel mondo della consulenza HR. Ha un’esperienza ventennale in una delle principali multinazionali del settore, dove ha ricoperto vari ruoli per lo più focalizzati nell’ambito del recruiting, assessment e coaching, focalizzandosi poi di più sull’Engineering practice e nello specifico sul settore Aerospace/Defense.   Fabiana è laureata in Economia, ha conseguito la certificazione SHL in qualità di Assessor e a breve otterrà altrettanto la certificazione Coach ICF.   Ciò che caratterizza Fabiana è il suo approccio energico, dinamico e coscienzioso, la sua distintiva capacità di creare relazioni importanti e durature.    Benvenuto nel nostro team! Sabrina Heiss joins Chaberton Professionals as a Manager for the Banking & Finance practice.   Sabrina started her career as a Research Consultant at an international executive search firm that focuses on mid-sized clients and was responsible for projects across all industries. She then progressed to the position of Executive Search Manager at a renowned German executive search firm, focusing on sectors such as banking, insurance, real estate and manufacturing.   Sabrina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics at Vienna University of Economics and Business and a master’s degree in Management and Controlling at IMC Krems University of Applied Sciences.
