Paolo Andreazza PMP®, ITIL Expert® joins Chaberton Partners as Group Head of IT. With 15 years of experience in IT roles, Paolo join us from Subito / Adevinta, where he served as Head of IT in Italy. He is an IT leader with significant expertise in CRM and ERP Systems, IT office services and service desk. He holds PMP-ITIL certifications and has a strong end to end experience in designing, planning, building, running and supporting IT enterprise services. Graduated in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Torino and with a thesis developed at the European Space Agency, Paolo began his career as consultant in Accenture and then in Business Integration Partners (BIP) dealing with technological projects in the telco industry. The CEO's AI dilemma: a productivity boost or risk of losing ownership?    AI compared to the impact of the invention of the club: a powerful tool or a weapon? The image sparked an intense debate between Paolo Benanti, an international expert on AI and ethics, and the 45 CEOs attending the Chaberton Partners' Inspiring Breakfast in Milan yesterday, introduced by Christian Vasino.   What risks do CEOs and businesses face concerning AI? How to maximize its benefits? What impact will it have on organizational culture, on the ways we learn and grow, on future capabilities and skills?   Andrea Giudici's questions were answered by Padre Benanti, Pope Francis’s advisor and a member of the United Nations Committee on AI. His answers covered a wide range of topics, spanning from innovative developments across history, geopolitical issues, and organizational and inter-generational implications.   Artificial Intelligence is rooted in the past and is pervasive and constantly evolving. It has a potential to "be a huge productivity boost" for businesses, stated Padre Benanti.
