Between 28th – 30th October, Givaudan is delighted to welcome attendees to the 27th edition of Beautyworld Middle East in Dubai. Cette année, nous avons eu le plaisir d’organiser notre rencontre annuelle  avec nos investisseurs et analystes sur nos sites de Paris - Kléber et Argenteuil - les 22 et 23 octobre. Le premier jour, les investisseurs ont passé une journée riche en découvertes dans notre bureau de Kléber. Ils ont, notamment, eu l’occasion d’écouter Doruk Ongan, Responsable Commercial Régional Goût et Bien-être Europe, et Jeremy Compton, Responsable Mondial Science et Technologie Fragrances, qui ont pu partager leurs visions de nos approches innovantes, les tendances du marché et les opportunités qui se présentent à nous. Une visite de notre bureau de la Parfumerie Fine à Kléber était également au programme. Le mercredi, les participants ont eu la possibilité de visiter notre site d’Argenteuil. Ils ont découvert notre célèbre école de parfumerie, notre centre créatif des produits de consommation et notre centre de création et d'application de notre division Goût et Bien-être. Il est toujours très inspirant de voir nos équipes talentueuses à l’œuvre, créant des parfums uniques et développant des produits de consommation qui touchent des millions de personnes. Held at the Givaudan Perfumery School over a two-week period, the annual Evaluation Training Weeks - aimed at nurturing future talent - enabled participants to improve their perfume evaluation skills and understanding of the discipline, supporting the designers from client brief to final creation. Hosted by Perfumery School Director and Perfumer, Calice Becker, the event assembled 23 evaluators for a variety of presentations and olfactive sessions. What’s more, attendees developed networking skills by connecting with peers and industry professionals at this exceptionally successful event, sponsored by Global Head of Development Consumer Products, Verena Nikoleyczik and Global Head of Development Fine Fragrance, Geraldine Nicolai. “Overall the project is really insightful and enriching not only for junior but also evaluators who have been in the industry for some period of time.
