For approximately four years, she worked in a multinational company, focusing on Trade Marketing and Sales. However, she soon realized that her true calling lay in Human Resources. Guided by her inner compass, she decided to shift her professional focus and pursued a Master’s in Selection and Development of Human Resources. With 25 years of experience as a Head-Hunting and Development Project Consultant, she has collaborated with numerous companies, helping them address their needs by balancing corporate well-being with the well-being of candidates.
