𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 Angela Pecoraro 𝘁𝗼 𝗞𝗲𝘆𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿. After earning her degree in Economics at LUISS in Rome, she initially followed the “natural” professional path aligned with her studies. For approximately four years, she worked in a multinational company, focusing on Trade Marketing and Sales.   However, she soon realized that her true calling lay in Human Resources. Guided by her inner compass, she decided to shift her professional focus and pursued a Master’s in Selection and Development of Human Resources.   With 25 years of experience as a Head-Hunting and Development Project Consultant, she has collaborated with numerous companies, helping them address their needs by balancing corporate well-being with the well-being of candidates.
