Key developments for the #AW09 at Verticon 2025! We’re pleased to announce new preliminary sales contracts and the continued expansion of our Global Distributor Network! A warm welcome to the AW09 community to Kaan Air, now our official distributor for Turkey, adding 5 more units to its order and to Synerjet Latina, our new distributor for Colombia, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, and Paraguay. At the same time, Helitech Asia reaffirmed its confidence in the AW09 by committing to 10 additional units. With these new partnerships, we now have 8 dedicated distributors worldwide, strengthening our reach across key markets. Our total AW09 order book has grown to nearly 130 helicopters - a testament to the confidence operators have in its performance, versatility, and cutting-edge design. Our latest #AW09 prototype, #PS5, is back in the air with its brand-new livery. The helicopter now proudly carries a strong identity alongside PS4, ready to advance the flight test programme. Recently, our team conducted critical ground tests, including icing trials, bird strike tests, fatigue tests for the main and tail rotor blades. Each step brings us closer to certification.

What a day at the #NBAA (National Business Aviation Association) Orlando Regional Forum! This week, we were proud to showcase the full-scale mock-up of the #AW09, making its U.S. debut in its Corporate/VIP configuration. This next-generation, single-engine rotorcraft is redefining expectations with its sleek design, spacious cabin, and cutting-edge technology. Attendees had an exclusive look at what’s next for helicopter innovation, and the excitement was undeniable. A preview of the future of helicopter technology was on display! #NBAAForum

The #AW09AgustaRoadshow made its final stop at the Monaco Yacht Show, highlighting the synergy between air and sea travel.   As the newest addition to the Agusta range, the #AW09 offers exclusive, tailor-made solutions for yacht and superyacht owners. Designed to fly swiftly and comfortably to and from yachts, it allows guests to easily travel from point to point.    The AW09 Agusta European Roadshow concludes here after visiting four key destinations, attracting numerous visitors and paving the way for exciting new business partnerships.                                                                                      #MYS2024

As a key partner of the Swiss Aerospace Cluster, Leonardo was pleased to attend the Aviation and Space Symposium St. Gallen 2024, where we had the opportunity to engage with participants and showcase our vertical lift solutions. Marco Viola, CEO of Kopter Group AG, shared insights on our collaborative approach to innovation and the contribution of the #AW09 helicopter. He was accompanied by Riccardo Carta from #LeonardoHelicopters’ Innovation and Technology team, who presented the business area’s Roadmap on Autonomy, with #AI as a key enabler. Riccardo Carta also took part in a panel discussion on these topics alongside other industry experts. This symposium was an important opportunity to reaffirm our commitment to the Swiss aerospace ecosystem, share our vision, and further strengthen our relationships within the cluster.

The role involves planning, coordinating, and integrating systems development, qualification, and certification activities. You will ensure compliance with technical, functional, and regulatory standards, manage team administration, and support the preparation and review of design documentation. The #AW09 #Agusta European Roadshow reached its third leg: #London, and has been presented to the UK aviation community at the Battersea heliport. The response has been fantastic and all look forward to the arrival of the next generation helicopter on the market. Mr. George, Managing Director of Sloane Helicopters, officially appointed #AW09 distributors in the #UK and #Ireland, among other Leonardo helicopter types, is highly confident of the upcoming success for this new platform, having already started to negotiate first contracts with end users. The opening of the new Customer Support Centre in London Elstree will allow to adequately serve the growing number of Leonardo customers in the area and deliver logistic and maintenance services for all helicopter types, increasing the collaboration with UK partners for after-sales support.
