The sparkle in the eyes of the trainees when they hold their self-made miniature robot models in their hands is something very special for Bianca Czichy. 👩🔧🤖    She has been a trainer in the field of mechanics at KUKA since 2017. She passes on her robotics and technology expertise to over 50 trainees at the training center of automation expert KUKA.    Her fascination with automation and passion for technology led her to robotics. After dropping out of university, she decided to do a technical apprenticeship at KUKA. “I wanted to join an innovative company that manufactures interesting products and where I can live out my enthusiasm for technology,” says Bianca.     The practical relevance and the production of workpieces are particularly important to her. True to the motto “Achieve your goal with creative freedom”, Bianca wants to be a role model for her trainees: “Innovations are created when you give room for mistakes. Because everything is never perfect the first time. And if I make mistakes and get punished for them, I won't try again.
