    ‘The future has a tendency to sneak up on you’   👩 This is what a participant in one of my workshops about leadership, in particular in hybrid environments, said.   🌐 We were talking about how immersive technologies like virtual reality and augmented reality will make every day collaboration boundaryless.   ⌛ The group spoke about collaboration with immersive tools as something happening in the future.   💡 But then several participants mentioned examples of areas where immersive technologies are already used, from corporate training to selling consumer goods.   💡And this is how one participant came to the conclusion that the future tends to sneak up on us.
