WINNER 🥹 Le plus dur était de confirmer et de refaire la même prestation qu’à Madère. Les dernières semaines d’entraînement ont remontées ma jauge de confiance après une période compliquée dûe à un enchaînement de virus.. Je suis donc arrivée PRÊTE pour Sobrescobio. Cette 4ème et dernière manche avant la finale de la coupe du monde de Skyrunner® World Series était l’occasion de marquer LES DERNIERS points pour le classement général. Et c’est chose faite. Aujourd’hui je suis fière de la manière dont j’ai courru. Fière parce que j’ai peu de regret. Fière parce que j’ai foncé, du début à la fin, sans me retourner pour voir où était mes rivales. J’ai courru avec mes jambes et activé le mode off du cerveau. Je crois même que j’étais longtemps dans cet état de flow. Cette sensation d’être totalement concentrée sur ce que tu fais, sans être dispersée par ce qui t’entoure. J’étais complètement absorbée par ce que j’avais à faire, gagner le plus de temps possible et être efficace. C’est seulement au bout de 500m que j’ai pu réalisé que c’était fait et que j’allais pouvoir brandir cette banderole et claquer un gros YES 🥹🥳🥳 C’était fou, merci à toute l’organisation pour votre accueil et votre générosité.
