A milestone in the ongoing partnership between #IPU and the World Health Organization was reached yesterday as Secretary General Martin Chungong and #WHO's Dr Tedros signed a new MoU, reaffirming the critical role #MPs play in enabling good #health to foster stable and equitable societies. The 5-year memorandum commits both organizations to continue working together to promote, provide, and protect the health and well-being of all people everywhere. The memorandum reinforces critical areas of cooperation, including #UHC, global #healthsecurity, health promotion, and reducing health inequalities.
