Discover our special menu to celebrate our 111th anniversary, inspired by some of the best chefs in the world and our Swiss heritage. One of the 5 courses comes from our V-ZUG Ambassador Dominik Hartmann, a trained pastry chef and confectioner. After he refined his skills, he opened his own restaurant Magdalena in Rickenbach, Switzerland, serving vegetarian cuisine. With a total of 388 points, 22 Michelin-starred chefs came together at the GaultMillau Schweiz Garden Party in Bad Ragaz in Switzerland. 111 years V-ZUG! This year we celebrate our anniversary with a special menu inspired by our Swiss heritage, collaboratively created by our V-ZUG Ambassadors and friends. The second course: carrot and chermoula tartare with emmer gremolata – a recipe by Michelin-starred chef Zizi Hattab. Zizi Hattab transforms a simple carrot tartare into a dish that reflects her own identity. Chermoula, green olives and lemon zest give a North African flair to the recipe, while hemp seeds coming from a typical local plant add a source of Omega 3 and fatty acids. For a coffee experience unlike any other - our V-ZUG CoffeeCenter features a high-quality grinder, a patented brewing process and barista-like milk frothing. Easy to operate - the intuitive full-colour display is easy to operate. The options are displayed as large icons and can be selected at the touch of a button. Invariably irresistible coffee - an automatic coffee machine designed for discerning coffee lovers. Up to six user profiles can be stored and recalled at the touch of a button. Flat white, Americano or Doppio: Cup size and strength of a wide variety of coffee specialities can be personalised and saved as favourites.
