For this purpose, we created a new master's degree with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the agro food sector. The MSc in Preneurship for Regenerative Food Systems / PREFS aims at giving you the necessary skills to become a Food Preneur*. We provide students with a unique and impactful educational experience that prepares them to tackle some of the most pressing global challenges of our time. 📚 Leave the lecture hall behind and dive into a real food system 🤿! Over the course of four inspiring days, one AD and 18 PREFS students conducted interviews with #sustainable and #regenerative food pioneers in Munich, Germany. Together with future food expert and lecturer Denise Loga, the students immersed themselves in the dynamic and culinarily exciting region of Munich during this excursion as part of the 360° PREFS module. They delved deeper into a local food system from a preneurial food business perspective, developing a comprehensive 360° understanding of a specific food system.🌱 PREFS student Andrea Cristancho describes her participation in the module as follows: “From exploring Munich’s diverse culinary scene to engaging with key players like Kartoffelkombinat, ÖkoEsel, and Paulaner Baku, this trip was more than just learning - it was about connecting, reflecting, and drawing insights from the ground up. Being there, speaking to founders and employees, gave us the tools to compare and analyse food systems across different cities. As PREFS students, we were fortunate to take our learning from the classroom into the real world.
