On 17 July (EST), the U.S. Energy Information Administration released an analysis stating that the U.S. sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production capacity is set to rise. It is estimated that if all announced production plans are implemented, the United States' SAF production capacity will increase from approximately 2,000 barrels per day to nearly 30,000 barrels per day by 2024, a 14-fold increase. As a result of government policy support and the establishment of the new Sustainable Development Goals, there has been a corresponding increase in investment in SAF's production capacity. On July 17, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved a $240.5 million loan to help build rooftop solar systems in India. This clean power system will help achieve energy independence across India and reduce the likelihood of power supply disruption. July 15 (CST), China, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and the National Energy Administration jointly issued a document: "Action Program for the Transformation and Construction of Coal Power Decarbonization (2024-2027)".   This action program aims to enhance the clean and efficient use of coal.
