B2B Marketing Manager for LATAM will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to introduce and establish our B2B EdTech products in the Latin American market. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing in Latam and outside of it, and be able to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition in the region. Experience in the EdTech or HR Tech industry will be an additional advantage.

What you will do:

Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a go-to-market strategy for launching B2B EdTech products in LATAM
  • Define marketing objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and budgets
  • Create a detailed marketing plan encompassing brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to the LATAM market
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness, demand, and lead generation

Operational Marketing:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate awareness and leads.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports on KPIs and ROI
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics
  • Conduct post-launch evaluations to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement
  • Initiate and conduct marketing research if needed
  • Analyse customer segments and develop and implement various strategies according to the segment
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing initiatives and support lead generation activities
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including product guides, sales decks etc.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the EdTech or HR Tech sectors
  • Proven track record of launching products or companies in new markets, particularly in Latam, worldwide experience is a huge plus
  • Languages: native Spanish, fluent English
  • Strong understanding of the LATAM market dynamics and cultural nuances
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo etc.)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling marketing content
