What We're Looking For

Our client, a US-based social media ads agency, is seeking a creative Video Editor to turn ordinary videos into engaging, high-performance content. This role requires both creative ideation and execution, transforming footage (primarily talking-head videos) into dynamic ads that capture attention across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Edit and enhance video content for Meta ads, Instagram Reels, and TikTok
• Collaborate on creative ideas and hooks for video content to improve ad performance
• Continuously iterate based on performance data, optimizing for engagement and conversion
• Create content for both the agency and client projects, adjusting to trends and platform best practices
• Manage multiple video projects with attention to detail and deadlines
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in video editing, with a focus on social media ads
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong creative skills to make engaging content from simple footage
• Experience with performance marketing and data-driven iteration
• Familiarity with Meta, Instagram, and TikTok trends and formats
• Experience editing talking-head videos for social media platforms
